I. Call to Order
- Chair Frasure called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
II. Pledge of Allegiance
- Meridian Elementary students led the Pledge of Allegiance.

IV. Reports and Spotlights
- Dr. Bub highlighted over 100 students graduating from ISU with Associate Degrees on May 11th, ESI just hired 6 students as part of our CTE partnership with them, and we celebrated teachers last week district-wide.
- Courtney Parker shared highlights and accomplishments from Meridian Elementary School during the 2025–26 school year.
- Susan McInerney shared Eagle High School’s second-semester highlights, including receiving their highest ISAT scores in many years. Mrs. McInerney then introduced the student council team, and student leaders spoke about the school’s focus on care, honor, and service, along with achievements including 570 students enrolled in AP classes, 9,488 Concurrent credits earned, completing a unified track meet with their special needs students, and many state championships.
- Chair Frasure presented Jason Warr, District Activities and Athletic Director with the Board of Trustees Award of Excellence highlighting his contributions and dedication to our students, staff and community partners.
- Dr. Bub then thanked Devan Delashmutt, Chief Technology Officer, for his years of service to our district as he transitions to a new role outside of West Ada.
