I. Call to Order
- Chair Frasure called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
II. Pledge of Allegiance
- Pepper Ridge Elementary students led the Pledge of Allegiance.
III. Agenda Approval
- There were no changes to the agenda.
IV. Reports and Spotlights

Dr. Bub shared celebrations; High School Athletics and Activities, (6 of 8 state title went to a West Ada School), College and Career Fair at Mountain View High School last Wednesday.

Alisa Tueller shared recent achievements and highlights from Pepper Ridge Elementary School. She noted that Responsible, Respectful, and Safe is the Pepper Ridge Bear Way.

Scott Connors highlighted the school’s first Academic Breakfast last month, recognizing over 900 students with a 3.5 GPA or higher. He then introduced student leaders, who shared key successes and highlights from the 2025–26 school year.

Will Schumaker shared achievements and growth within the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. He noted that West Ada offers more than 26 career pathways to middle and high school students. In West Ada, 98% of students who complete a capstone CTE course graduate.

Renee Senander introduced Jeff Christopherson as the new principal for Independance Elementary School, effective for the 2026-27 school year.

Renee Senander introduced Justine Burgess as the new principal of Hillsdale Elementary School, effective for the 2026–27 school year.

- Trustee Binetti shared that the West Ada College and Career Fair was impressive and highlighted that other districts do not offer this type of opportunity.
