The Finance Department will ensure the District is in compliance with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) criteria regarding the agreement in the Official Statement when a general obligation bond is issued. The District will make financial and statistical data available as per the agreement in the Official Statement.
The District will appoint a Disclosure Agent to disseminate the financial information and notices to the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA)
